Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
